Hamilton, Webber Better than any driver from the 80s. Lap data mipapng and simulator testing have brought modern drivers to a completely new level. Innate skill? Hakkinen, Schumi, Prost, Stewart, Fangio, Brabham, Clark, Senna, Villeneuve sr, Villeneuve jr, and Ascari. Compared to their contemps, all mind-blowing. I would NOT be surprised if Vettel ends up earning a spot on that little list. What I’m saying is don’t knock modern drivers. Just wait ten years and see.
